   OK, so the band name appears twice on the cover, with its initials shoved into the corner for good measure? Or is the black bar on the side part of it just how the cover was framed on another site and not part of the actual cover?

    @Mike P.: I had a similar thought, but Smiths covers always had a person (usually famous, from a bygone era) on them. So this almost seems like a lookalike cover from a Smiths jangle-rock clone from the mid-80s.
