FYI 11 out of the 12 tracks are out (and the 12th has been performed live IIRC).

It's pretty solid. Paranoid is the best by far but if you hated Flashing Lights you'll loathe Paranoid twice as much.

so after three albums of mediocre rapping, he’s gonna be a crummy singer now? i mean, yeah, i bought the 2nd one when it came out, cuz of all the jon brion hype – listened to it for a week and then completely forgot all about it. then i got the first one cuz it was on sale for ten bucks, even though i wasn’t really into it when i had originally downloaded it, but i was like oh, maybe i’ll like it now. and then, when the 3rd one came out, i was like, well it’s got cool artwork…but he just ain’t as awesome as he thinks he is.

i’m off the bus with the auto-tune fuckery. just don’t care. sure he can produce alright on occasion, but really he’d be best served going away for seven years and learning how to spit (or sing, if that’s what he really wants!) i don’t want my popstars half-assed.

Unfinished or not, I had a hard time feeling the not one, not two, but THREE new tracks I streamed off of 808s and Heartbreak last night. But it’s cool. All things could change once I go out and purchase the damn thing. Or maybe not. [At the moment, I can mess with Love Lockdown, Heartless, and Coldest Winter] I am also convinced that this is his “Paid my dues” album. He’s four albums in, has a number of hit singles, and is a crossover artist that people of all walks of life can get down with. We’re gonna listen and purchase it regardless of the music contained within, right?
