I think this is a fantastic pop song. And while the lyrics could seem cheesy or heavy-handed, her delivery totally keeps that from happening. It’s so nice to hear a pop song with some brains to it and not just “hey baby let’s fuck” or some variation thereof.

It's time to face it: Lily Allen is a very good songwriter.
