I think her beauty will have nothing to do with it really. She has had chances, but so has Brittney and many others. I think after hearing her voice,she will be ok. She seems to be a fighter. I am looking forward to hearing her and all the new contestants this year.Whateva is meant to be ,will be.If she gets a lot of backlash which is gonna happen and makes it thru with all the negative stuff then she deserves it

I was really hoping to see that Joanna Newsom was trying out for Idol. I would watch every minute of every episode.

It will be awkward on Idol’s “Britney Week,” when Joanna declares, “I’ve decided to sing “Out From Under” from Britney’s latest album, because it’s a really beautiful song AND ALSO I RECORDED THE VERSION THAT’S ON THE SOUNDTRACK TO THE BRATZ MOVIE FROM WHICH PAULA GOT KICKED OFF.”
