Alan Ellis, the admin of the BitTerrorist hub OiNK, was charged with conspiracy to defraud by a British court on Friday. Ellis did not enter a plea, and his case was adjourned until next spring. Five ex-users of the shuttered site were also brought up on charges Friday—the men, aged 19 through 34, were charged with copyright infringement, and according to reports, four of them pleaded guilty. Does pleading out mean they’re going to get kicked off of Waffles? [TorrentFreak]
