In news that disappointed me as a blogger (mostly because I could use a good music trial in 2009—thanks for everything last year, Kells!), DMX pleaded guilty to drug, animal cruelty and theft charges facing him in Arizona on Tuesday. Sentencing was set for Jan. 30, with the remainder of his charges to be dismissed then. While DMX did everything he could to dodge justice Arizona-style, including speeding away in a bumblebee car, he may have picked the right state to get arrested in—as long as he makes sure to ask for the Glen Campbell suite.
