"A Moment Like This" set the modern-day (post-Beatles) record for biggest leap in 2002 when it jumped from No. 52 to the top. She was dethroned in 2007 by Maroon 5, and now (after three more acts reset the record), she gets it back.</p> <p>I still say it's a silly chart feat.
