Speaking of Super Bowl ads, Coca-Cola’s “on the Internet, you can be a big green troll even if you’re a hot chick” spot features Cee-Lo’s version of Elvis Presley’s 1970 track “Stranger In The Crowd”; Cee-Lo’s velvety performance of the track will probably have a bunch of people running for Google when the ad eventually airs this coming Sunday. (The lyrics to the song, however, may give people interested in finding avatar love a little too much hope. “I thought you were to good to be true”? Oh, honey, online, that person usually is.) [WSJ]

This is a nice ad with a nice song. Yay.
I’m looking forward to the new Coke theme song, which was premiered at Midem or whatever it’s called last week. It was written by Butch Walker and features Walker, Cee-Lo, Patrick Stump, Brendon Urie, Travis McCoy and Polow Da Don.
