50 Cent To Invade Your Insomniac TV Watching Soon Enough
His beefs with bigger-selling hip-hop stars are getting so little traction, he had to try and rerun them because no one noticed the first time; his new album is suffering from chronic pushback syndrome; and he’s recently resorted to talking out of school about Eminem in order to get some press. So what is 50 Cent going to do now? Why, he’s going to sell dietary supplements. Because even though fewer and fewer people care about him by the day, his abs are as rock-solid as his resolve to get Before I Self-Destruct into record stores before they all shut down.
But the rapper has no intention of marketing Eau de Fitty anytime soon. “Right now, I’m interested in dietary supplements,” he told us. “I’ll be coming up with something very soon.”
We’ve already heard of B-50 pills, so what will Fitty’s be called? “I can’t tell you,” he laughed. “I’d be blowing the big launch party!”
Just in case you were wondering, AllHipHop now has Self-Destruct as dropping “in March 2009,” which seems to be the delayed-albums drop date of choice these days. I guess making those Q1 balance sheets right is a top priority all over!
