An Arizona judge sentenced the troubled MC DMX—born Earl Simmons—to 90 days in jail and 18 months of supervised probation on charges of theft, drug possession, and animal cruelty on Friday. DMX pleaded guilty to felony counts of theft and drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty on Dec. 30. [NYT]
