Is That A Speaker In Your T-Shirt, Or Are You Just Happy To Play “Yakety Sax” When You See Me?

It started off as an April Fool’s Day joke, but the Personal Soundtrack Shirt—a shirt with an embedded speaker and an attached remote control, so you can control which sound effects and songs get played via the speaker—can be yours for a mere $39.99 at ThinkGeek.com. Will this shirt go from an Internet joke that got a little out of control to a less arm-taxing replacement for the boom box? I guess we’ll have to wait until summer to find that out (sadly, it only comes in a short-sleeved version), but for now, there’s video of the apparel in action after the jump.

I’m pretty sure the sound on that clip is enhanced slightly. Unless the manufacturers figured that some idiot would put their shirt in the wash and decided to superengineer the speakers accordingly?
