@LeBron: The point about lifting up the players who had the records before this steroid era was actually a very good one, and that was the point of the show where I was thinking "There you go, Weezy." Jay Mariotti was even down with it.

@MayhemintheHood: I get your point, for a sports analyst he's a good rapper, but I actually thought he made some ok points. I also think Congress has far more important things to look at than steroids in baseball, and that the sport doesn't do a good enough job of paying tribute to its own historical figures (outside of Jackie Robinson and Roberto Clemente). And he's dead-on about Big Ben, I'm sure they had him checked out before the Super Bowl, kept his broken ribs under wraps and then probably just shot him full of stuff so he could play. Though I'm sure he had help preparing for the show, it's also cool to hear from a layman who's not one of these arrogant windbags that feels like they're God's gift to sports journalism.

Can I just say that it’s really funny how much the Idolator commenters know about ATH and PTI? It’s really funny. Which isn’t to say that I don’t watch those shows on a regular basis, either.

I watched it yesterday on my lunch break(as I do almost every day, along with PTI). I loved seeing him on the show, but I didn't feel he made any good points. He was good for a musician making a guest appearance on a sports talk show, but that's about it.(Also, he would've been off of the show after the first round due to "points" but they kept him on because he was a guest...not quite winning handily).

I did like when said Tennesee should fire Lane Kiffin before he even coaches one game, but only because it was an absolutely insane comment.

Great video, I thought he was awesome, which is hard to do on that show. I don’t listen to Wayne’s music, but I think he missed his true calling as a sports pundit. He definitely held his own on that panel of “experts.”

Like I was saying in my email, Lil Wayne's wheeze is far easier to listen to than Bill Plaschke's lisp. (He also lacks Jay Mariotti's smugness.)

I say give Wayne a regular spot on the program. Or put him opposite Michael Wilbon on PTI.
