Whoever’s in charge of Chris Brown’s MySpace page picked a somewhat unfortunate day to lobby his fanbase for votes in the Kids Choice Awards: The post exhorting underaged fans to vote for the currently troubled pop star in the awards’ Favorite Male Singer and/or Favorite Song categories went up yesterday, the same day that he was charged with assault and making criminal threats by Los Angeles prosecutors.
