Loading ...The Los Angeles Police Department is launching an investigation into who leaked a photo of Rihanna taken after her domestic-violence incident with Chris Brown. (Which we are not posting because it can be found pretty easily, and it’s quite horrifying on multiple levels, although that fact no doubt caused the head of the gossip site that leaked the photo in the first place to add a little bit of jizz to his ever-present Starbucks cup.) “The Department launched an immediate internal investigation and subsequently filed a personnel complaint,” the LAPD said in a statement. “A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.” [LAT]

Real bummer that the photo leaked. I’m still shocked by the whole thing (like most people), it just seems so surreal.
Well the one positive of it leaking is that at least people can see first-hand the brutality involved.
Now it will be a lot harder for Chris Brown’s team to sweep this under the carpet. I am pretty certain his career is officially done.
And the fact that they leaked it THE NIGHT BEFORE HER 21ST BIRTHDAY(!!!) makes the whole situation even uglier.
i was wondering what the news reports meant by saying that she looked like she had “devil horns”, but now i understand. horrible.
i agree with dsven: although it’s unfortunate that the photo leaked at all, it makes it significantly more difficult for chris brown to avoid dealing with the issue.
why is it that he’s still “allegedly” the one who beat her (as written on TMZ)? we haven’t heard any news since the grammies that denies his involvement.
I’ll say it again: If Chris Brown wants to fight, I’ll be happy to oblige. Although I’m sure Jay-Z and his “people” will surely take care of business. I would not want to be one of that kid’s knees in the near future…
