Sorry, Kanye, but that took some chutzpah on the waiter/manager’s part. Haha.
I’m more wondering what he was doing at a Cheesecake Factory in the first place.
@Ned Raggett:

Henry Abbott at ESPN has noted the phenomenon of NBA players LOVING the Cheesecake Factory. I would imagine this extends out to other celebrities as well. It has something to do with the portions, the familiarity, the size of the menu, I think. Plus, c’mon, the Factory has some delicious dishes.
@drinkypuss: Portion size maybe? I can never finish a plate there.
It’s probably the guy ‘Ye was referring to when he rapped, “went to Cheesecake, he was a Mother Fu###ing waiter there.” Good to see he’s in management now.
Dude, when the manager at a f***ing CHEESECAKE FACTORY thinks he can step up and take potshots at you, you need to step up your threat level. I was quite impressed by how grown-up Kanye’s been about the whole thing, but if this is how the American public is going to repay him, then maybe he needs a good old-fashioned “celebrity goes apeshit on civilian” story to get his mojo back.
