@SteveLepore Word. You just named two songs I truly feel. I'll also toss in "Pistola," "Beware! Criminal" and "Diamonds and Coal."

Even when they were widely considered "Nu-Metal," they were so much more than that in their ability to evoke emotions. Light Grenades and A Crow Left of the Murder both still get plays from me. The one time I saw them live, I really enjoyed them. I'm going to Philly that weekend they're around here, I honestly think I'm going to stop and hit up that PNC show.

I think perhaps someone needs to listen to an entire Incubus record. Listen to "Pendulous Threads" and "Sick Sad Little World" and tell me there isn't anything special there.

I think this exactly sums up my problem with Incubus. Its just so boring, bland etc. Its not as objectively hatable like Creed, Linkin Park and other similiar bands, but there's nothing to like about it either. Also, I'm sure it doesn't help that I live in LA and KROQ plays them everytime time they can't find a RHCP song to cue up.

@owenmeany: I like Biffy Clyro, but i've never heard anything by Marmaduke Duke (the singer of BC's side project). Is it any good?

@How do I say this ... THROWDINI!: Honestly, I don't understand the negativity toward them. They make listenable radio-rock that progresses and throws something different at the wall every time. There is so little to object toward their music.

Ugh, Incubus. Hopefully they'll play some smaller local shows around that 7/13 date in LA, so I can see the band but avoid Incubus.
