I’ve read the books (I know, I know…) and this song goes perfectly with it. I’ll tell you right now, the little Goth-ettes would eat this up. Kelly Clarkson isn’t that “uncool,” per se.

@VivaLaMainstream: Because Paramore is so far outside the mainstream... This song fits really well with what my younger cousin has told me about the book (Edward is gone and Bella mopes and angsts. There are several chapters of just the name of the month and blankness, because her life is nothing, nothing without her sparklepire. If my cousin weren't such a smart, independent kid otherwise, I'd worry about what these books are teaching her.) I definitely like it, but that could be my strong pro-Kelly-bias.

Do people really expect the Twilight-watching Hot Topic crowd to buy into a Kelly Clarkson song on the grounds of its connection to the most overhyped film/book series in a decade? I call BS. I don’t see this song becoming much of anything

“For the Movies,” for reasons unknown, remains a staple on my iPod. Something about Josh Todd & Buckcherry makes me enjoy them, despite everything telling me I should get the douche chills every time I hear them.
