I had problems a week or so ago. I had reset my password, because you said we should or something, and from then it took me about four or five password resets until it actually worked. Since then, I haven’t logged out, mainly because I’m not sure how easy it’ll be to log back in.
The system logged me out. Instead of putting in the last “new” password, i just requested another one. Have had no other problems. I use firefox 3.0.10.
i’m getting this crazy error on my “user activity” page:

i’d like to be able to change my password in the near future. the old one that had been mailed to me a couple of weeks ago wasn’t working today, so now i’ve got a brand new one that was mailed to me.

last week i couldn’t log back in with the password i had been given, so i had to reset it. so far it’s been working fine.
On the right side of my profile page where I should have all my options I just have:

I no longer have a username, and all my little extras (avatar, etc.) have been lost. I was previously “aurallyfit.”
Instead of a profile page, I get this (no, seriously–I think because it’s trying to go to the URL idolator.com/people, maybe?). I also don’t have name–that is, it just says I’m “Logged in as .” and “welcome, !” on top. I’ve had the same password issues as MayhemintheHood and drinkypuss. And I’ve either just doubleposted or it ate my last comment. :(
At least as long as I stay logged in, it’s not too much trouble, though.
I lost my original account (DeadlyTango) entirely — couldn’t reset password and kept getting “no cookies error” even after cleaning out my browser numerous times.
Creating a new account seems to have worked, but I have the same right-side error others reported and can’t change my password to something I can actually remember.
I’ve yet to see nude photos of Joe Jonas on this site. Could you fix that, Maura?
Not to say the same thing that everyone else has been saying, but I’ve been having computer troubles lately, and there’s just no way I can remember my wordpress assigned password as I move from machine to machine. Being able to set my own password would be super great.
Also I just tried to upload a profile pic, and that doesn’t seem to work.
