Depeche Mode frontman Dave Gahan was rushed to an Athens hospital yesterday after falling ill in his dressing room before a concert last night. The band subsequently postponed the show to this evening, but according to a statement on the band’s Web site, Gahan’s condition is such that he can’t perform tonight, either. No word on what might be ailing him, but here’s hoping for a speedy recovery. [Reuters]
