		<description>It seems to me like 19E/RCA will be able to block distribution and radio play of this, even if they can&#039;t technically stop Hi Fi from releasing it.  It seems doubtful to me that Adam will see any monetary profit from its release anyway; he wasn&#039;t signed to the label and was probably paid for his vocals, period.

Also, this first &quot;single&quot; at the very least, was on Hi Fi&#039;s website, sung by a different artist.  It&#039;s called &quot;December&quot; over there.  So clearly, it was never meant to be released with Adam&#039;s voice.  I got the impression that Adam&#039;s version was the demo.</description>
