It's fascinating to hear what has stuck around in popular conciousness, and what was once popular that has fallen by the wayside. I also love the intros and chart anecdotes (along with the more famous Long Distance Dedications). They were usually pretty well done, and it's incredible to think that millions of listeners enjoyed something that your average radio listener these days would probably give about 3 seconds of attention to.
