colbieIt’s never a good sign when you get paired with one of the least funny comedians out of a pretty unfortunate Saturday Night Live ensemble for your “humorous” music video. And yet here’s Colbie Caillat, who I guess is trying to make a thing out of palling around with comic types for her new album’s promotional cycle, playing all flirtatious with SNL’s perpetual manchild Bobby Moynihan in the video for her perky new single “Fallin’ For You.” As far as “dorky guys and cute singer-songwriter types” pairings go, this definitely ain’t Fiona Apple and Zach Galifanakis. Even though it’s pretty obviously trying to be! Clip after the jump.

    As I said before, Colbie Caillat is one of only two artists whom I hate. I turned off the volume completely and watched. Bobby Moynihan isn't funny in this. But Colbie does look kinda good in her bathing suit, I'll give her that. Still, I wish she'd go away.
