Miley Cyrus’ Middle America-benefiting fashion line for Wal-Mart has made its way online, and notable among the items is the above top, which pretty much shares the dimensions of Geri “Ginger Spice” Haliwell’s famed Union Jack dress, only Miley has the sense to pair it with leggings instead of a lollipop. (It is a back-to-school line, after all.) Some of the other pieces are actually kind of cute, if a bit aggro for my taste. Also, why do I have a feeling that anyone who shows up for the first day of classes wearing an item of clothing called “liquid leggings” is going to get sent home to change, or at least given a skirt?
