Maxwell may not be collaborating with R. Kelly, but he has announced the next leg of his tour. Dates stretch from late September to mid-October, and he’ll be bringing along Common and Chrisette Michele. So far there are only 14 dates on this jaunt, but given that tickets sold pretty well for his summer theater tour, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few extra dates added along the way. Tickets go on pre-sale tomorrow; full itinerary at the “MORE” link.
Sept. 25: Toronto (Air Canada Centre)
Sept. 26: Detroit (Joe Louis Arena) *
Sept. 28: New York (Madison Square Garden Arena)
Sept. 30: Richmond, Va. (Richmond Coliseum)
Oct. 2: Washington, D.C. (Verizon Center)
Oct. 3: Philadelphia (Wachovia Spectrum) *
Oct. 5: Atlanta (Philips Arena)
Oct. 6: Charlotte, N.C. (Time Warner Cable Arena)
Oct. 8: Chicago, (United Center)
Oct. 9: St. Louis (Scottrade Center)
Oct. 12: Dallas (TBA)
Oct. 13: Houston (Toyota Center)

* means that Common won’t be on that date.
