A reader in the know let me know that, contrary to Hits‘ assertions, Vampire Weekend’s second album will not be coming out on Sept. 29—in fact, it’s not slated to come out until sometime in 2010. However, what is apparently coming out that day: the Where The Wild Things Are soundtrack featuring Karen O and her pals and a bunch of kids. Tradeoff? [Pause & Play / Earlier]
