Jay-Z’s New Album Follows The Time-Tested “Fake Leak After Real Leak” Blueprint

51btjotahbl_sl500_aa240_In case you missed the Rapidshare links pinging around the Internet yesterday, Rhapsody is offering up a stream of Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3 a full week before it’ll be made available for download there—which is three days before the official street date of Sept. 11. (Note that Rhapsody is all in bed with MTV, while Jay’s concert coinciding with the 9/11 Blueprint 3 release is being co-sponsored by rival music-leaning network Fuse. Now who’s a business, man?) no opinion on the leak, but man, was I disappointed by the music! I thought “Jockin’ Jay-Z” and “Brooklyn We Go Hard,” were up there with his best tracks, so I figured he had much better stuff that would actually make the album. I guess, once again, too much time can be a killer.

    Dear God,

Are you there God? It’s me, NeverEnough. I know we don’t talk much but can you please send me a link to the leak? I loves me some Hova and hearing this early would make my day.

Also, I still want to have group sex with Duran Duran. I’ve been asking you for 20+ years, dammit!

    Love,
    NeverEnough
