Robbie Williams’ Trevor Horn-produced comeback single “Bodies” has been unleashed on the world, and as the collection of words at the beginning of this sentence might suggest, it’s a lush, confident pop song that touches on early-millennial narcissism and ends with a gospel choir singing about just who Jesus died for. There’s even a bleeped word! Stream after the jump.

This single is blah. The chorus is terrible.
Rudebox was such a high-water mark for him. It’s disappointing to hear him taking a step back towards MOR. Hopefully the rest of the record will be good.
