I am sure that both Courtney and Dave had no idea that Kurts image would be used to sing Bon Jovi, and this is what has ticked Courtney off. I hope she sues the shit out of them. I realise that everybody loves to blame Courtney any time something happens with Nirvana, but both Dave Grohl AND Courtney Love, as well as Universal Publishing had to sign off on this deal with Guitar Hero. Apparently he's someone that doesn't understand how likeness rights work. I'm sure Courtney has some say in all of this, but last I checked, Dave Grohl doesn't own the likeness to Kurt Cobain, hell does he even own the publishing rights to the Nirvana catalog? I doubt it. True can whine about what a horrible person Courtney Love is all he wants (because we all haven't heard that enough I guess) but why drag Grohl into this?
