The brilliant Australian band the Go-Betweens will soon have a bridge named after them in their hometown of Brisbane: A currently under-construction span crossing the Brisbane River has been rechristened Go Between Bridge after residents of the area overwhelmingly voted to hono(u)r the band via a four-lane cross-river connection.
