John Mayer’s Life: Still More Exciting (And Better-Documented) Than Yours

Troubadour and Twitter fiend John Mayer’s video for the pro-pot ditty “Who Says” is a cute travelogue of what apparently is a typical night in New York for him; he roams the streets and bridges of the Big Apple, hits up a party, crashes a comedy club’s stage and a gated-off pool, and even picks up some zeppoles at the Feast of San Gennaro. The just-this-side-of-zany adventures that he’s reminiscing over while strumming his guitar flash by as they always do when one’s remembering a good night, and the casual glamour of this video is actually quite endearing. Also of note: Mayer is the type of guy who will pick up the check at Blue Ribbon while only raising an eyebrow, which I think puts him squarely into the “nice guy” category. [YouTube]
