After years and years of slowly making their way up the lineup, Paramore is finally taking the headlining reins at Bamboozle Music Fest this May.  The pop-punk kids will take headlining duties on Day 1, while Weezer will headline Day 2.

The fest takes place in East Rutherford, New Jersey on May 1 and 2, 2010, and has a West Coast counterpart in March called, simply enough, Bamboozle California (slightly changed from its former moniker, Bamboozle Left). No word if Paramore or Weezer will headline in Anaheim as well as Jersey, but if history repeats itself, at least one of the bands will do double duty.

Check out some more acts rumored to join the lineup here. We’re hoping Hayley Williams’ shaggy orange mane (or will it be blonde?) isn’t soaked by May showers. We saw No Doubt and Fall Out Boy headline last year’s fest, and we have the ruined suede boots to prove it.
