    While 2009 was a great year for music, it proved to the be the latest sign that album cover art is in a serious state of decline. This year produced some real doozies, as you'll see. This ranking of 2009’s Top 15 Worst Album Covers is essentially infallible, because it's based on science: we ran all these covers by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Charles K. Kao and Fields Medal winner Andrei Okounkov, who both agreed that everything on this list f'g blows. Can you guess whose album cover landed at #1? We’ll give you a hint: it’s not Chris Brown's.
