‘X Factor’ Alumni JLS Take Aim With Their ‘One Shot’ Music Vid

JLSIf you’re still scratching your noggin over all the rumbling about The X Factor, why not check out one of the success stories to spring forth from the British series? Below is the latest music video from boy band—or as we say here in the States, male vocal group—JLS, who were the runner-ups to fifth season X Factor winner Alexandra Burke back in 2008. (Catch Burke’s latest, “Broken Heels,” here.)

The quartet follow up their U.K. #1 singles “Beat Again” and “Everybody In Love” with “One Shot.” Now, it’s a global recession, folks, so to distract from the overall cheapo nature of the clip, the guys twirl around amidst a cheesy laser-light extravaganza and the dude in the purple blouse bears his chest a little bit toward the end. Just FYI.

Along with La Roux, JLS are scheduled to perform at the London cermony to announce the Brit Awards nominations on Monday. Maybe if they wear tighter, more revealing shirts, they might even find themselves garnering a nod or two.
