Lady GaGa wore the best dress
So I have been reading best and worst dressed lists all morning and here’s what I think.
Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Keri Hilson were definitely three of the best dressed women. As far as men, I thought that Ne-Yo and Usher looked pretty good and George Clinton too (JK lol).
As far as worst dressed I would probably go with Imogen Heap, whoever that is, and unfortunately Katy Perry and Ciara. I would put Lady GaGa in there but that what shes going for.
