The third annual Jordin Sparks Experience kicked off in Miami yesterday. The charity event—benefiting Jordin and her brother P.J.’s “I’m M.A.D., Are You?” campaign—saw the Season 6 American Idol winner pair up with Season 7 runner-up David Archuleta to belt out “No Air.” And just how ably did Archie fill Chris Brown’s shoes? We say: Chris who? Head below to watch two duet on stage at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach hotel.
“Finally heading to bed,” Archuleta tweeted last night. “But so awesome getting to sing with @TheRealJordin !! A privilege to sing with someone so talented!”
We’re not sure exactly what shenanigans these two got up to after their performance, though. This morning, Archie posted another message to Twitter:
Having a checkup at the doctor’s to see what’s going on with the swelling in my mouth. Haha.
Meanwhile, this isn’t the only collaboration Jordin has done in recent days. Earlier this week she lent her vocals to the all-star update of “We Are The World,” and appeared in a viral video with the Jonas Brothers to promote Nick Jonas’ new album Who I Am.

Love Jordin Sparks. Yes we can do without Chris Brown. Technically though we can do without David Archuleta too.
This is a long awaited duet & beyond worth waiting for! I adore seeing these two talented young people on stage together for such a worthy cause. They are both down to earth/keep it real artists & it's a joy to see them perform together finally!
Everybody NEEDS a little David Archuleta….nuff said.

I love them together. David Archuleta is an amazingly talented gifted performer. They performed it a second time that night too. It was even better.

This is a great version of the song–David is on fire!! But there is even a better version from that evening! His next CD is gonna be HOT!

haha! There were no shenanigans after the show! David's had a problem with his cheek swelling for days now! You would have never known it by that stellar performance though! David's fans have been waiting a long time for these two to do a duet – their voices are very well matched; they blend and compliment each other very well. And on top of all that, they are both charitable, loving, wonderful role models for our teens today. Oh yeah, and the fact that they are buds, just makes it all more sweet. Awesome collaboration!

David did a wonderful job with little practice and no need to Autotune either. I love it! Jordin's event was awesome and helped a lot of charities. The first day Starkey Hearing Foundation gave 100 hard-of-hearing Miami kids new hearing aids. After that, the first concert also featured Jordin's M.A.D. (Make a Difference) campaign. Then there was an event for AAA's X-Text campaign where hundreds of teens pledged not to text while driving, and then an evening benefit concert and auction. And today the stars are out delivering teddy bears to children in area hospitals.

Why do so many people continue to be so negative towards Chris Brown. As for the duet; it's not the same without Chris Brown. Chris is the best talented individual out there and I wish him the Best of everything positive. Society needs to give it a rest already. If you can't say anything nice about someone then leave it out!
I loved No Air but I like this version even better. Jordan and David sound great together and what could be more appropriate than 2 young singers involved in a great cause and sharing their talents? It's amazing!

Whatever, he wish he sounded better then Chris Brown. When Jordin sing this song with Chris, the look in her eyes lets you know that there is chemistry between them and that is what make the song sound beautiful. David can't harmonize like Chris!!
Funny thing is, I didn't like the song at all until I heard David sing it with Jordin. I never would have bought it before! GREAT JOB, Jordin & David!
I love Jordin but never liked No Air until this version with David. They're adorable
and sound great together & should seriously date. I know Jordin's a little taller and older but they still look good together!

David Archuleta & Jordin sound amazing together singing “No Air”! These 2 are very talented and have big hearts!! As far as David's swelling in his mouth goes, he has been having problems with it for about a week. Nothing is going on between him & Jordin, they are just friends!

Well, i really don't think David want to replace Chris B or want to become a Chris B , no, no , no : | because David has his own place and style in the music scene today, but for this song he did Great with Jordin, sound equally good than the J&C version. and a lot better than many male singers that already did this with her. So take it easy lady!

Not to dis Chris or anything, but Chris HARMONIZE…NOT! Check-out what the word means…you will see that Chris can't hold a candle to David on HARMONIZING!

My guess is, there are a few misguided posters here who don't know what the two words really mean.
With that said, I believe everyone has a right to their own opinion, and David was definately NOT trying to be Chris Brown. I remember David being very humbled to be sharing the spotlight with Chris last year. He appreciates his talents, maybe we can try to do the same for David as he tries to make it in the “crazy” music industry! :-)
This is the only time Jordin has performed this song with someone who is her equal, vocally. Bravo, David!!! I just love him!

Incredible performance by David and Jordin! This is how a duet between to talented singers supposed to sound like. David had no practice and did magnificent.
Watched the Jbro and Jbeiber, no way. Cbrown had been my favorite for this duet but he said some not very nice things about Jordin and we now know he has some issues I hope he works through. What is also apparent is the type of fans CB has not very nice either…so sad.
Anyways David did an amazing job and I hope he has the opportunity to do his own duet song with Jordin.
Really?? They are good to sing together, and this song is better to sing together. One thing for sure is: Jordin sang “No Air” better with David than with Chris.
