This is something that usually happens when an artist(s) such as these guys are put into another realm than the one where they were writing the earlier stuff. The difference is very noticeable. Either they will put themselves back in their element and the old style will surface or . . . . This is what I had to do to my artists when I use to be a Creative Manager in the Rec Biz. You can tell that a lot of time and energy went into that mix, everything meshed together very well and I always love when someone is good enough to put a classical spin on an already great song. The original "Run This Town" was/is no doubt a great song, however I always felt like it was missing something, and the violin just added so much to it. I agree, it needs to be made into a single asap, with or without Kanye's part.
