Lil’ Wayne is about to do a lil’ time in the slammer. The self-anointed "best rapper alive" pleaded guilty last October to attempted criminal possession of a weapon and ultimately received a one-year prison sentence. While some might view a stint in prison as a dark chapter in their lives, Lil’ Wayne is Mr. Optimistic. He plans on spending his time listening to his iPod (here's hoping his prison cell has an outlet to charge it) and writing more music. “I just say I’m looking forward to it.” Wayne is not the first musician to be arrested on gun charges. In fact, Weezy is in pretty good company, considering that some of the most iconic artists in pop, rap and rock history have at one time or another been considered armed and dangerous. Your comment is so ignorant. Why is he your role model? What has he done to deserve respect from you, or anyone for that matter? You may like his music but you don't know him as a person, and after reading this article why would you want to be like someone who has guns, proudly does drugs and has unprotected sex with numerous women? Why dont you improve your grammer also, only an uneducated person writes like “yuh qhuys.” It shows stupidity, and if you dont really know how to spell then why dont you put down your ipod and pay attention in class.
