Burning hearts! Tears in the street! A couple fighting in the desert! Yes, the new Leona Lewis video is upon us, and once again the X Factor chanteuse is trilling away on a happy/sad ballad. This time it’s “I Got You” (not be confused with her Avatar theme song, “I See You”), the second single to lifted off Leona’s latest album Echo.

And you may think you’re hearing an echo, since “I Got You” sounds almost exactly like Lewis’ previous singles “Bleeding Love” and “Happy.” But, hey—if it ain’t keeping the cash from filling up the bank account, don’t fix it, eh, Leona?

Incidentally, “I Got You” was penned by Max Martin, Arnthor Birgisson and Savan Kotecha, while Ryan Tedder was the main one behind “Bleeding Love” and “Happy.”

You could have fooled us, though.
