Billboard decided to get steamy and ask its readers to vote in polls for the Sexiest Women and Sexiest Men In Music. Now the results are in, and it seems lust knows no musical boundaries—Disney stars, revered rockers, country crooners, pop divas and American Idol contestants were all in voters’ dirty minds.
“What started as a raging argument in the Billboard offices turned into a heated debate among you, dear readers,” the trade publication noted. “When we asked you who you thought were the sexiest people in music, you voted by the hundreds of thousands.”
And it looks like The Boss is still a hot commodity, even at 60. But perhaps, as a society, we really haven’t come all that far, baby. While half of the singers on the Ten Sexiest Men In Music list are over the age of 30, eight of the Sexiest Women are still in their twenties.
