VIDEO REWIND OF THE DAY: Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day turns 38 today, but the man doesn’t look a day over 22, which is how old he was when the band released their first music video back in 1994. The vid for “Longview,” the first single off their mega-hit album Dookie,  introduced the trio of punk-slackers that would go on to sell out arenas around the world, win Grammys, and compose their own Broadway musical. Not too shabby for a rock group who started their career singing about being bored and getting stoned.
