Lady Gaga Countersues Producer/Ex-Boyfriend

After being sued for over $30 million by her former producer and ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari, Lady Gaga is taking off her poker face and exposing the angry little monster underneath—the pop singer is countersuing Fusari for tricking her into a contract in 2006 that provided him with “unlawful compensation.” Gaga needs that 30 mil! You think all those outfits come cheap?

Gaga claims the contract she entered with Fusari was illegal because it was “structured in such a way as to mask its true purpose — to provide to the defendants unlawful compensation for their services as unlicensed employment agents.” Fusari’s lawyer Robert Meloni shot back with the schoolyard retort, “Rob was no more of an ‘agent’ for her than she is a Roman Catholic nun.”

Gaga seeks to have her ex’s suit thrown out and claim damages from him. We hope this matter ends as swiftly and painlessly as possible for both parties, although we can’t help but wonder about the whacked-out wardrobe Gaga would wear if she were to appear in court. (Think a lobster hat would fit through a metal detector?)

You better watch out, Fusari—your ex recently tweeted her mouth full of gold fangs, and we’re betting she knows how to use them.

Chomp.
