She is not an artist, her producers write her songs and her vocals are autotuned. She just shows up for work. Please take note of the distinction between artist and performer.

So I’m not saying Ke$ha is great or horrible but to the people saying she’s not an artist because you think she “doesn’t write her own songs” and is “auto tuned” Look up the credits on her song and become well informed. She does write her own songs, and if you listen to ALL her music, including the multiple unreleased songs and videos of her singing before she became famous, she CAN sing (she is not always autotuned). She might be selling out, but she is a good singer and does write her own music.
