Erykah Badu’s Nude “Window Seat” Video Scandal May Lead To Charges
Note to all musicians with enough cash on hand to shoot a music video: no boobs in Dallas! At least not in public places. Rolling Stone is reporting that police are now asking anyone who saw Erykah Badu’s striptease act while shooting the “Window Seat” video at Dallas’ Dealey Plaza to step forward and file a formal complaint. Law enforcement officials are apparently hoping to officially charge Badu with disorderly conduct.
Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway told a local TV station, “I don’t think it’s going to be something she would go to jail behind, but certainly the message has to be sent.” Geez, how’s this all going to play out? We’ll be holding on to our hats—and pants. So, do you think she should be charged?
