Sade Deliver “Babyfather” To ‘Dancing With The Stars’

Sade continued their march across television with a visit to Dancing With The Stars, where they showcased “Babyfather”, the second single from their platinum-certified Soldier Of Love album. We were plenty impressed that the band managed to bring a touch of class to The Tonight Show With Jay Leno (something we never expected to see there again), but their sweetly seductive sound suited DWTS much more naturally. Watch the band play new single “Babyfather” as Damian Whitewood and Chelsie Hightower rumba across the floor. Why yes, it is getting rather warm in here.

Much as we enjoy seeing the show’s professionals show us their moves, we wouldn’t mind seeing Sade bust out the choreography again.

And here’s the band’s lovely performance of their first big hit, the classic “Sweetest Taboo”, from 1985’s Promise. Watch the DWTS crew pay tribute with a, uh, breakdancing number? Enjoy.
