Adam was rocking his style long before he (or anyone else outside of Germany) knew who Bill Kaulitz was. Bill never wore his hair in the slicked back style he’s wearing now until late 2009.
Let’s face it – both men are performer who like a similar style. Bill may have been developing his own sense of style from an earlier age, whereas Adam took longer to discover his artist persona (which, like Bills, morphs and changes periodically) but there’s no evidence that Adam “copied” him based upon the links posted above.
Saying Adam copies Bill is like asying Bill copied David Bowie with the “Edgy” hair and eyeliner. Neither is true.

Then please tell me how a man who wore feathers, black “leather”, makeup and spiky hair when Bill Kaulitz was an UNKNOWN OUTSIDE OF GERMANY kid of 13 (who might have had spiky hair and eyeliner but wasn’t yet into the feathers etc) could be copying. It doesn’t make sense.

The most common hairstyle in men? Really? It might have been popular for “regular guys” in the 50′s and 60′s (i.e. Elvis’s era) but I don’t know too man men who wear it today, unless they’re 1. a performer like Adam, or 2. Are trying out to play Danny Zuko in GREASE. I’d like to see a picture of any famous men other than Adam and Bill, who adopted the hair style after Adam, wearing their hair this way for anything other than a particular role/performance. Besides, if it’s so common, why did Bill never wear his hair like that before late 2009? Adam’s gone on record to say that hairstyle was inspired for him by Elvis.
I also noticed you ignored all the other parts of my post and did not comment on the 2004 video of Adam wearing feathers long BEFORE Bill ever had the desire (or perhaps courage?) to wear similar clothing on stage or in public.

I’m sorry you’re unhappy. But how are we trying to tear Adam down by reporting a news story that originated on other sites? The beef between Adam fans and Bill fans in regards to both artists’ fashion choices was already there – it wasn’t us who started it. It is, however, a big enough debate for us to report and comment on (as everyone here is doing).
It’s always been obvious to me that Adam’s look is much more modern day Elvis. The exaggerated hair and moves are a dead give-away. In the fifties Elvis was outrageous in his hairstyle and music and dancing. Why would Adam want to copy a kid like Bill? Admire him..sure, but copy…NO
