Taiwanese reality show contestant-turned-viral-singing-sensation Lin Yu Chun probably let out an upper octave shriek the likes of which would blow Whitney Houston’s weave into the rafters when he was offered a recording deal by Sony Music Entertainment. The AP reports that the label will issue the ballad-leaning crooner‘s album in July—as in two months from now—and it will feature Chun jams sung in both Chinese and English. Congrats, Lin—hope it all pays off nicely. (Now someone needs to snatch up this little guy.)
