T.I.’s video for “Yeah U Know” is less a showcase for the song than a four-and-a-half minute trailer for Takers, the upcoming John Luessenhop-directed movie starring the rapper. Getting major screen time with Mr. Nash in the vid are his Takers co-stars Chris Brown, Paul Walker, Hayden Christensen and Michael Ealy (who we recently saw meet an untimely demise in the alternate video for Beyonce’s “Halo”). In Takers, T.I. plays the recently-paroled (this sounds familiar) bank robber Tip Harris, who recruits a group of fellow heist specialists for one last job.
Let’s just hope he’s more skilled at talking his way out of a bank robbery than he is when he’s caught cheating on his lady.
Takers hits theaters on August 20. So will you be taking or leaving this flick when it comes out?

Not a big T.I fan but he really seems to be consistent with his own sound which I applaud the movie doesn’t look very interesting even with the talent bombshell Zoe Saldana.
