Lady Gaga Teases With Another Peek At “Alejandro”

June 4th, 2010 // 9 Comments

Lady Gaga sure knows how to be a tease. First she offered up an 18-second glimpse of her forthcoming music video for “Alejandro” on Larry King Live Tuesday night. Now another clip, this one 20 seconds, has been added to YouTube. It does, however, seem like a bit of a rehash of the first teaser—with the exception of a few typically creepy, fetishy Gaga-esque images thrown in.

For instance, there’s this:

Actually, now we suddenly have an itch to re-watch the first season of The X-Files!

The X Files Fluke

Anyway, on with the latest “Alejandro” teaser.

    Really? Bite off Madonna more?

Lady Gag needs to stop. Singing, breathing, and trying to be fashion forward.

I liked it better when it was called La Isla Bonita

This would appear to be very edgy… if it weren’t for the fact that Madonna’s been there, done that. Seriously, what will it take for her stupid sheep fans to realize that this woman isn’t original in the slightest? And I don’t mean original in the sense of doing something that’s never been done before, I mean original in taking ideas and ACTUALLY MAKING THEM YOUR OWN. Which she doesn’t do. It’s just Madonna meets Andy Warhol. I don’t sense any individuality. I don’t see anything that is uniquely Gaga and no one else. But of course, as long as she spruces up her videos with extreme sexuality, elements of horror and just overall weirdness, her sheep will eat it up and call their shepard a creative genius for it. Oh, and I don’t give a DAMN if you Gaga sheep call me a stupid, uncultured moron who’s too closed-minded to “get her brilliance”. I get her, alright. She just doesn’t impress me at all. She tries too hard to be edgy, and in the process looks desperate and fake. She IS desperate and fake. All the people that she’s been compared to, Madonna, David Bowie, Elton John, at least they had an identity and weren’t so freakin desperate to prove to people that they were edgy. They were naturally edgy, therefore they didn’t have to try so damn hard to prove themselves like Gaga. Not to mention their music could actually stand the test of time and survive beyond a few weeks at #1 on Top 40 radio. What does it say about Gaga’s alleged brilliance if she has to make a song that sounds like a poor man’s “La Isla Bonita” meets Ace of Base? Yep, go ahead and trash my opinion, I don’t care. I said the same thing about Marilyn Manson back when he was popular, I got ripped apart each time I referred to him as a poor man’s Alice Cooper (which he is). Now look at him. Keep that in mind.

  5. beautiful and rich lady gaga!!

rumor flies, but it, too, is an unoriginal bird. Everything sounds like everything else. all is blended with all and nothing here left to wonder about. gray tones and sounds.
