This week seemed to offer a something for everyone on Planet Pop! Lady Gaga premiered her music video for “Alejandro” (causing Katy Perry to premiere her own thoughts on the clip). Christina Aguilera dropped new album Bionic. Brandon Flowers’ first solo single crept onto the web and Adam Lambert graced the cover of L.A. gay mag Frontiers. My comment of the week goes to ‘Irony’ aswell but for a different post titled “Justin Bieber Shows Off Some Sweet Dance Moves In “Somebody To Love” Preview” also ‘MB’s comment was legit aswell
It’s okay not to like the video, but then to say you’re gonna listen to Kei$sha to make you feel better because you don’t like the video is HILARIOUS lol. Kei$sha, lmao.
I like those comments, some a very saucy to read lol. I think Katy Perry is allowed her own opinion, but I don’t think she should be one to judge when she kissed a girl, churchies would frown upon that.
I do think maybe Gaga is going OTT these days, but I guess she likes to push the envelope, and she’s a racy person. I’m not sure what parents would think of that, but atleast she advises people to have safe sex. I myself like her, but do think when she will push things abit to far and then there’s a backlash.
As for Madonna, I think Gaga’s very original but whatever Madonna wants to say I guess she is entitled too, she has imitated her ideas abit. But I thought imitation was the sincerest form of flattery? I guess not lol.
I like both Katy Perry and Gaga equally might I add. I have both of their albums.
What would be really OTT is if Lady G would go all normal and brunette.
