Travie McCoy To Join Ke$ha And Rihanna On Tour

Picture 1When Nicki Minaj pulled out of Rihanna and Ke$ha’s Last Girl On Earth tour, we imagined they would fill up that slot with another rockin’ female, but we’re not going to complain about Travie McCoy (who just finished touring with Cobra Starship and 3OH!3) continuing to promote his solo material to a mass audience. Travie will open for both ladies on their summer tour, and not only will the hip-hop singer be the one person with a Y chromosome performing on this tour, he’ll probably be the only one wearing pants.

After the jump, listen to the remix of Travie’s ode to wish-fulfillment “Billionaire”, which features T-Pain and Gucci Mane alongside Bruno Mars, as well as his latest literally insane video for Lazarus track “The Manual.”

Besides the remix ending fairly abruptly, it’s basically the same song, with a few more DJ scratches and an extra Island beat, not to mention Gucci Mane and T-Pain’s raps filling up the middle. What we’re more interested in is the video for “The Manual”, which features our boy McCoy wreaking havoc at an insane asylum, while T-Pain chows down on a human heart. Ah, family fun!

  1. Travie, excellent work, brother. Joy to you. I love Ke$ha and Rihanna and Robyn, all three of them, sort of. I have been telling folks to listen to “Need You.” Even though, honestly, I think the whole album is beautiful.

I am on a journey with Crazy Horse, who calls me “Yellow Hair” and then laughs like nobody you ever seen. He calls me “Crazy” for short, or just “Ron.” We rode until we saw the most beautiful rose either of us had ever seen. She danced for us, and we love her, beyond compare.

He tells me he has not heard of the one I am seeking. I was told his name was “Blessed.” I did not believe it. We have been to many villages, but none have heard his name. But there is dancing everywhere. I have seen the children I love, and their mother, who I love. We saw Leonard Peltier, and his dance is awesome.

I do not know when I will return. I love you, Rose. Funny, isn’t it?

    Joy to you, Rose
